Problems and stressors are inevitable, but hidden within them are often valuable lessons—insights that can help us grow, adapt, and even find moments of gratitude.
Recently, I faced a tight deadline to clear out a house before closing. With my surgery on the horizon, I tried to handle as much as I could, but when the surgery left me immobile, finishing the job myself was no longer an option. For the first time, I leaned on others more than I ever had before—and you know what? They stepped up.
The house got cleared out, not because I powered through, but because I trusted and relied on the people around me. It was a humbling lesson that asking for help is the strongest thing we can do—that was my silver lining.

Then reply to this email—I’d love to hear about your silver linings!
